Eyh. Just wanted to let you know that the whole concept of that mushroom-game sounds fabulous. I guess I’ve always had a thing for fungi.
Best of luck, can’t wait to try it
Cheers from the cold north.
The mushroomman project is pretty off the wall and treads territory not delved into since Oddball. Every best of success.
You have a nice small team here adn great original art
Really funny and refreshing .
I’m not sure if this is the appropriate spot to ask what the artist, album, and track title are for the song used on Mushroom Men’s remixer video found on Gamecock’s website. I’d really like to know. They seem like a band that I’d digg. Good luck sticking to your roots, experimenting, and finding sucess. I found the website through WIRED. Once you hit WIRED, you’ve hit the big leagues. Congrats.
Hey NAS, that is a Primus track, of “sailing the seas of cheese” track 2 I believe, check em out, but take a big deep breath first, cause you’ll be a different person after the experience!
Mushroom Men looks awesome! I look forward to seeing it in electronics stores in the future. You chose the right track for the trailer; it’s still stuck in my head.
All the artwork that I’ve seen has me greatly wondering what the gameplay will be like, and all I know is that “Mushrooms + Radiation = WAR!”
Long live and prosper,

Mushroom Men is going to be awesome! I can’t wait a whole year. I had this idea that it would be awesome for there to be a mushroom men RTS game, with the four playable tribes and large scale battles!
Hey i am very impressed by this game and just the ideas you have, the new weapon creation is awesome. This is my most hyped 2008 game. One question. What should we expect in term of graphics? i saw the in-game trailer and liked it but should we expect more? The best wii game graphicly IMO is Mario galaxy, should we expect mushroom men to be of equal quality or better? Anyway, best of luck. you guys are amazing.
Thanks for your interest! The graphics in the trailer, as warned about in the intro, are all prototype stuff. We’re still a year out from release, so the environment and characters are all pre-production level art to allow us to quickly get the game up and running. Gameplay is of the utmost importance to us. We are a studio founded by artists, so there’s no question that the art will be some of the best you’ll see on the Wii. But first and foremost, we have to make the game fun. You’ll see the art progress and improve as we release further trailers in the future.
hey again. In the trailer you had models of like the heavey and sage and other creatures like the cacti in full 3d. They looked amazing. Are we to expect about that because many people have said that those models are impossible on wii. Srry for all the questions about graphics, not trying to bag on you but i feel people have underappreciated the wii and i only want to have the best game possible. Yes the gameplay looks amazing and i like the art style tremendously. Thanks for your tolerance. You guys rock.
