Red Fly Studio is seeking an Associate Producer to work full time on next-gen AAA console action/adventure titles.

Requirements:
An Associate Producer is expected to have the following qualifications:
- Understanding of key technical issues involved with console game development
- Experience with scheduling tools
- Excellent people skills including the ability to motivate people and inspire their creative talents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project schedules to reflect current project realities
- Clearly communicate tasks and responsibilities to staff
- Identify risks and put in place risk management strategies
- Facilitate communication and cooperation in the project team
- Coordinate with team leads and goal-based “strike teams” to prioritize, and delegate project tasks
